Executive Appointment 

The Director Human Resource is pleased to announce the appointment of Prof. Wilson Muyinda Mande, as the new Academic Registrar at Ernest Cook University (Project). Prof. Mande has over 20 years of experience in education leadership, having served as Vice Chancellor, Depty Vice Chancellor and Academic Registrar at Nkumba University. He holds a PhD in Leadership and Ethics from Aberdeen University in the United Kingdom.
