Preparing for Your CT Scan
Depending on the type of scan, you may be required to:
- Avoid eating or drinking for a few hours before the procedure
- Wear comfortable clothing or a hospital gown
- Inform the medical team of any allergies, pregnancy, or existing medical conditions
- Follow specific instructions if contrast dye is required
